Type of a scam Business Email Compromise

I own an electrical company and they are emailing me about doing some work at a home they are purchasing. They are wanting to deposit money into my account and then I’m supposed to take a lump some of that money back out to put into a cashier check and send to supposed owner of the home to pay closing cost. This is just one of his emails. As I have told you earlier I just bought the property and I need to rectify the issue of the closing fee before you can have the authorisation letter from the initial owner of the property.

So once that’s done you can have full access to get the job done, i would have handled that in person but unfortunately am on a business trip dealing with a multi million project here and initial owner doesn’t have any facility to accept credit card payment.
