Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

I was trying to purchase a pdf version of my school book online. The purchase was made via credit/debit card and transaction went through. Once it was processed I was to receive an email with the download link, but it was never recieved. I contacted customer support with no response. A few days later inbegan receiving telemarketing calls, which have been increasing in frequency. Not only did this company steal my money, but I believe that they also sold my information to telemarketing agencies.
