Type of a scam Credit Cards

Efax.com (aka J2 Global inc) has been charging my credit card WITHOUT MY CONSENT $*** monthly for SEVEN YEARS. I never set up an account with them and the only contact i’ve had from them in seven years is spam–periodic faxes from ‘unidentified’ numbers addressed to generic "dear customer" containing bogus ads for things like life insurance. I contacted Efax and requested that my "account" be cancelled immediately and refunded. They told me that they can’t refund me beyond four months back but that they REFUSED to even do that since they had my mailing address, which they say proves I signed up for this account. They also insisted that the spam faxes I received were normal byproducts of "using" their service. I told them I would pursue this sketchy business to the fullest extent of the law as well as file a fraud claim with my bank, who has blocked them from my Credit Card.
