Type of a scam Identity Theft
A JC Blood & Associates rep from called and said I would be summoned today to pay a outstanding credit card bill (of which I have never heard of). I have never had a credit card by the name she described. The lady asked that I make restitution to keep my assets from being frozen and from being summoned to court. The person had my social security # and address. What should I do?
