Contacted business by number listed on Craigslist. Ad was for lawn services and read "bonded and insured". I asked if he had availability for same day service. He came out that day and was supposed to mow the front and back of my yard. I had sent him pictures as it was his first time there. I was working and had to leave to meet him. I left when he said he was on his was. I had to go back to work as he didn’t show for another hour. He told me $40(when his ad said $30-which is fine)23 min later he said he was done. I came back and noticed the front area was missing a large chunk and another wasn’t even mowed. I asked him if he could please mow it and he had an attitude and said "he did". He absolutely didn’t. I went inside to get him the cash and had to go back to work. He took my money and didn’t say a word and got into his truck and left the property. I came home and went into the backyard and it was a total disaster. There were high and low spots everywhere and pieces were scalped. There was no weed eating done at all. This yard isn’t big whatsoever. I took pictures and contacted him yet again by text. He said if I wanted him back out there I needed to pay him an additional $60. I asked him why I would be charged if the job wasn’t done properly? He said I was bitter over a $40 mow job and told me to "Get behind Satan and that I had hate and bitterness and unhappiness in me". I was in NO way rude to this man as he was to me. I was shocked that he would treat a potential client in the manner he did. I asked him numerous times to make it right and he wouldn’t. I have everything by text and pictures as well that were sent in the text. This will cost me way tons to just fix the yard
