I purchased a parrot on line from Jasmine Parrotts. She sent me all the info about the parrot and website looked good. She wanted payment in the form of American Express Gift cards Her husband Mark kept in touch with me about shipment of parrot however the website was fake and there was no parrot. Cell phone was a burner phone. Called American Express and out the card was used at its an orchid llc in San Diego
