Howard norman the owner of jarhead landscaping took $5000 from me at home depot to buy supplies to do a deck on my home. The supplies never showed at my house and I recently filed a police report for theft. I am sure we will end up in court . I have proof he has sent me text messages over 20 times saying the check was on its way to repay me the money that he owes me and each time he has a lie or an excuse. I would be very careful of anyone to hire this man we found out he was offering to do a deck and didn’t even know what the code was to do the deck properly to standards of code we believe he is a fraud and a thief .
