Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

This James Ramirez guy told me he was a breeder and he wanted his puppies to go to a good home. On the day of shipment and after messaging him through text and Facebook messenger I sent him a western union payment. Then he wanted insurance for the dogs travel. Which was $580. Told him no and he got really pushy. My fiancé knew it was a scam because he said insurance should be optional or paid by the sender. This James threatened to sue me and said the dog was now mine and in my name even though I never signed any papers or got any papers in my name.
