Type of a scam Credit Repair/Debt Relief
This person claims to be a lawyer in a collections business to recover lost funds from an online payday loan company. Although I did have this type of loans years ago I am fairly certain I paid them off. This person uses legal jargon and scare tactics to try to get me to pay them money so To avoid being arrested. I have succumbed to this scam a few times, but this time I’m sure it’s a scam and Im reporting it.
