1) Yes. I am an Employment Specialist for Randstad Sourceright. I assist recruiters maintain candidate status for assigned accounts. I also assist the compliance dept with policy regulation ensuring that all information is documented while adhering to company rules. I utilize applicant tracking systems, customer relationship management applications and Microsoft Office to complete daily assignments. I have not officially worked from home, but I was a volunteer Social Media Strategist which allowed me to complete tasks at home. My hours were from 8-8 Sunday through Thursday. I evaluated, moderated and reported clients current social media activities, researched, crafted and posted interactive, thoughtful, intelligent, and provoking content that encouraged community participation. I identified behavioral and technical issues, patterns, and trends in the community. Last but not least, I created ads promoting media or publications produced by client.
I have over 10 years of customer service experience, with 3-4 years of office management , and 7 years facilitating documentation. My typing speed is 40-45 wpm. I am neither a veteran nor have I ever joined the military.

My 30 day goal is to be well equipped in the policies, procedures, and the vision of Johnson and Johnson. I will not only familiarize myself with the company itself, but also the people that help to keep the organization moving forward, utilizing LinkedIn. I will connect with department personnel and management to gain more insight to work as a cohesive team. My ultimate goal is to keep working towards my Six Sigma certifications and to extend my expertise in this current role.
I have had small disagreements with team members, but my ability to communicate effectively as well as my patience has allowed me to reconcile with the individuals. There was an instance where the leading manager had given me specific duties before he left the office. His subordinate was not informed, and he himself had given me a list to complete as well. That manager found that I was not completing the duties he had asked me to complete and reprimanded me in front of my colleagues. Instead of firing back, I had finished the transaction, and asked if I could speak with him in the office. After respectfully voicing my frustrations, he had apologized and directed me to follow-through with the managers assigned tasks, and commended me for my reserve even though he felt I had the right to retaliate.
My greatest strength is my ability to adapt, even in a fast-paced environment. My weakness was time management, but after speaking to my manager and asking advice, I have implemented strategic ways of managing my time.

My toughest experience on the job is actually recent. At RSR we had to transition into using a newer occupations management application. Although I had written pertinent notes during the training,I was still having difficulties grasping the new concept. That same day on lunch, I went to the applications company website to gain more knowledge, and I also compared notes with other team members, to pin-point what I was missing, I’m proud to say, that very next day, I was able to navigate smoothly through the application and will now be assisting in the training of the new hires.

You will undergo a (1) one week paid training from your supervisor, who will be training you on how to work with the programs accurately and other customer service duties you will need to get done.Your training is going to be done through seminars online (webinars) on your PC and phone.
Your Working hours are flexible, all activities and corresponding time are to be recorded in excel spreadsheet. As for your duties, i will assist you with any difficulties by email. You will be assigned some duties daily and you would be required to work according to instructions, using the microsoft office tools and other necessary software.

As soon as the funds are available you are to take your sign up bonus from the available funds and show your task handling skills by placing an order for your working materials from a local vendor and keep a record of how the whole funds was used.
You will be provided with a list of working materials to get. For the sake of purchasing standard products, you will be referred to a certified local vendor who is accredited by the company whom you will make payment to for the working materials so it will be shipped to you via Fedex overnight upon confirmation of order.
