Type of a scam Sweepstakes/Lottery/Prizes

A man called and said that they were from Publisher’s Clearing House and that I had won 5.5 million and a black Mercedes. They stated that they had paid 99% of the taxes on the prizes and that I would have to pay 1% or 1000.00 to receive my prizes and that they were at the DIA with the car and the prize and I just needed to pay before they could come deliver the prizes. They were very persistent and when I said that I did not have 1000 they asked how much I did have and what I could pay. They did have my name but i gave them my middle initial. When I hung up they kept calling back.
