This place is a SCAM! I ordered two purse clutches back in May, it’s October and still haven’t received! I’ve sent multiple emails… as this point I’m trying to take them to small claims court!

Ladies. PLEASE believe these reviews. Jae’s Closetz on Instagram is a fraud/scammer website. They claim to “Sell” items but they purposely do not send your items even after you inquired on the shipping. They mark it as shipped and do not give you your tracking info intentionally. This company has changed the name from Jae’s Closetz to Bling Chicks Boutique 9/2/2020 ( https://www.instagram.com/blingchicksboutique/ ) Stay FAAAAAAAAAAAAAR away from this company. Screenshot this if your card company asks for proof.

I made a purchase online in May which I never received. I received an email stating my items had been shipped but no tracking information was included. I emailed them several times over the past 2 months and kept receiving the same generic message. No one ever contacted me or replied directly to my request for tracking information or a refund. I have since been blocked on social media. This site is a complete SCAM!

Made 3 purchases in May 5 2020 there was no tracking info ever given and only 1 out of the 3 orders claimed to be shipped with no other info. I emailed from the site and to the email they corresponded for the initial purchase and would never get any info on my purchases. I also went on the ig page and commented and my comments would be deleted I spent 160.00 and still haven’t gotten one item i ordered. The site cant be found now and it says its under construction until further notice with no contact info given. The email also says the server it through is corrupted.

I placed 3 orders in May and all I have gotten is the runaround no tracking info was ever given and they have a computer generated server that sends robo like responses to you. I never got my orders even after going on the ig site to complain they would respond quickly and delete my comments to this day they were responding back up until 3 days ago now its no response and the site is under construction. Scam scam scam!

I ordered from this company. Never received my product. Emailed company many times and was promised a refund. Company stopped responding. Buyer beware this is a scam.

I purchased product from the website and the product has never come. I cannot get a tracking. The company WILL NOT respond and I’ve emailed many of their contacts over the past two months with no response. The website strategically leaves out any info you need to file a complaint with the bbb, leaving you screwed.
