Received an email thanking me for completing a full 2year plan with Geek Support Live and informing me that my protection plan is scheduled for renewal and the chargeable amount from the the payment method on file is $799. for 5yr plan. They will automatically renew my plan and send me an invoice soon after.Signed by Jack Watson, Finance Head, contact no 1-916-888-3491. Also received another email "mahlallen, jack watson &9more Strange I have not had a service plan with geek support for a computer. Reporting this email as a scam, thanks."
