I also did a Google search for hp ink cartridges and Jack’s came up as the cheapest. So i ordered some. I had to make an account with password. Also have credit card info. That was 25 days ago and i have not received any ink. I wish i would have looked up this company first before ordering.

JackSilverHome aka Jack & Theo LLC has a business website that sells retail products for Renovate, Water, Air, Fans, Essential Electronic and Ink Cartridges. They have you create an online account with a login and password, get your name & address and collect your credit card information from you to process your order. They send you a reply email stating that your order has been received Thanking your for your order.They don’t take the funds from your account and doesn’t ship you any product and it’s not until you try to call them that you find out that this business is not legitimate. I contacted my bank and reported the fraudulent credit card purchase information and filed a complaint with BBB.

I did a Google search for certain Hewlett-Packard ink cartridges for my printer. This business, Jacksilverhome.com came up with the least expensive ink. I ordered one cartridge and in the secure SSL pngage I entered my name, address, phone number and credit card information. It prompts you to create a user account with a username and password. I received a confirmation email immediately thereafter however 15 days later I still have not received my two day shipping package. When I “track order“ it still says my order is in processing. I called the 800 number and it’s not in service. I called the 601 Mississippi area code and I get a recording stating “this is not Jack silver home, if you’re waiting for an ink cartridge You’re out of luck, this is a scam company!“ I then called back to record that outgoing message and a lady answered with the same voice as the outgoing message but this time her voice stated “Jack silver home“ as if she was ready to service a customer. Don’t know if this is harvesting your credit card and personal data for future scamming or some other reason to run this type of scam. BUT ITS DEFINITELY A SCAM!

I Googled a printer ink cartridge and their website came up with the best price, so I ordered from them a week ago. Delivery was free and in 2 days. I received a confirmation of my order on 8/15, but haven’t received the printer ink cartridge. One of their phone numbers doesn’t exist in this country and the other belongs to a family that said I’ve been scammed, perhaps receiving other similar calls. I haven’t called my bank yet to see what has been charged to my account. My purchase was for only $12+, so I am nervous about them having my credit card info as to what else they may do with that info.
