Type of a scam Tax Collection

Received two telephones messages from automated system. First one left no name, second said it was Jack C*** with the tax and audit department of the IRS. Both messages the same after that that my name and social security number were named in a lawsuit and I needed to contact them before they moved on the lawsuit. Left the phone number of 202-241-3512 to call back. I checked online and that number came up with saying it was a scam.
