Type of a scam Family/Friend Emergency
Received an "Urgent Proposal" fax his morning from a "Barr. James Ellis" stating that he is working on his deceased client’s estate and asking for someone to stand in as the deceased next of kin so the estate could be split between the "lawyer" and the stand-in. They stated "there are no risks whatsoever attached".
The fax has questionable punctuation and words are capitalized that should not be.
