I received a call from a local Florida Broward County agency. I looked up the number and it was a fax number. The caller identified himself as Casey Thompson of IVS Broward county and he stated he just received a fax and stated an old address. He said he would be out tomorrow between 12-5 to deliver the documents. For any reason he would forward my information over to broward county courts for an immediate failure to appear. (Now how can I fail to appear if someone is presenting me with documents). If I had any questions I could contact the office that forwarded the documents to his office at 877-805-1268. I was to make arrangements to make sure I am available.
