I purchase two masks on an online site they gave me my order number but they never given my tracking number so I contacted the site and it’s been 2 months and they have it email me back and I still haven’t received my itemand my bank statement where the purchase is made there isn’t the name of the website it’s just PayPal then when I went back to the website to login it said I never ordered anything so it’s like I never made a purchase or something.
