Type of a scam Tax Collection

An Indian speaking male, with the name Peter Williams called to tell me that charges were being filed against me for taxes going back to 2008. He knew mine and my husband’s names and our address. He told me that my husband signed for documentation in June 2015, that was sent to us in regards to this – my husband never signed or received any such thing. He went on to say that there were many discrepancies and that I should hire a lawyer. When I asked more about this "tax problem" he said he could discuss it with me but don’t I want to have a lawyer to do so. I asked him, if he minded that I contact my friend in the Secret Service to see if this is legitimate and he quickly ended the call by hanging up on me. This is the 2nd time this man has called our house with this scenario, but this time, he was much more aggressive with the treat of a warrant for my arrest.
