Type of a scam Tax Collection

I have been receiving phones calls from 202-634-5442. The company calls and state they are calling from the IRS and That I have been selected to win 7800. They then ask for personal information. Although I did not provide what they were looking for I asked for something in writing. I was then told once I confirm the details they would send a letter. I hung up from the call and now I’m being called 4-5 times a day. I feel like this is harassment on top of an attempted scam. Someone should look into this. The number comes up as Washington, D.C.
