This number keeps calling stating they are trying to collect on a bad check that was written. Using the consumers name in full. Give the consumer another number to call and a claim number to settle up this outstanding debt. They call asking for someone else, but then when you let them know its not they call back and request someone else until they get the correct person. The number is a recorded message. They threaten legal action if the debit it not taken care of or even jail time.
