Type of a scam Tech Support

got various phone calls from a man who’s voice sounds foreign. when number is looked up it says its coming from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, phone # 215-854-2600 ,company info off of caller id is Int Gen Media. he states that he is from a company that has to do with micro soft. he says that they are getting information that there is a problem with my computer.He said if I would turn my computer on he could show me what the problem was and possibly fix it. When I told him I wouldn’t turn on my computer for anyone and that I thought I was being scamed..he got irate..and asked me why I would think that ? I told him that I had looked up Microsoft scams and that they state that they don’t contact people over the phone and if asked to go on or into your computer not do give access. I told them never to call back or I would report them to my local police and give them all the information.he was very angry and I hung up the phone.If he was real I don’t think that his emotions would have gotten so rialed up and he would have raise his voice to try to talk over mine. he would have tried to calm me down and do some explaining….or given me a number to call so the issue could be fixed…after I was able to verify that the issue was legitiment. My sister received a similar call..she told them she was a computer tech and would look into the issue herself…..she hasn’t been called back but I’ve been called 5 times . I got a new computer 4 months after the 1st call and had this one with windows 10 for about a month now and the calls started again last week…what are the odds or 2 computers having the same problem …not very good I think.
