Ordered cream and paid just shipping to “ try” the cream for $4.95 handling and $4.95 shipping. I never got an email confirmation, but tried to contact them to cancel as they said something about subscription, but at a discount amount. No one would answer even when on call for an hour. I left messages every day for a week and even asked for a supervisor to call, but no one responded. When I finally reached someone I discussed about calling to cancel ahead of time, but of course no records and no proof. I worked every angle… I asked to speak to supervisor and he said he was one. He could only refund a portion of my money because I received the product. I tried to deal with my credit card company about the charge, but they couldn’t help if it was a subscription. I sucked it up and took the loss. I never did use the product after that situation. They did use Savannah Guthrie as the celebrity and leaving her job to stay with this company. Lousy customer service, probably a lousy product and learned a valuable lesson. 🙁
