The scammer left a computer generated voicemail saying "there is information about a case file from the IRS with arrest warrant from federal database and you know the consequences what might go wrong. Please call immediately after this recording at our headquarters number (234) 702-0380 internal revenue service agent is waiting for your call back". I blocked the number from my phone.
