Robocall saying I owe money on my tax return. Criminal Division IRS. Call this number now to speak to an IRS agent to resolve issue of owed taxes. I called them on my untraceable cell phone, it does not give my name. I told them to stop scamming people.

I heard some very foul language from the person on the phone. I said a few select words, then hung up.

I recieved a phone call and didn’t answer so they left a voicemail. When i listened to it , it was saying to act immedeatly because the IRS was suing me for not paying taxes or something like that but i called back out of curiosity and they said it was a federal agent and that they were suing me and i said No you are not because they would have contacted me by mail first. He said they had attempted to contact me multiple times and i said NO YOU DIDN’T. I know you are a scam because a bot left a voicemail, you didn’t contact me by mail first and i dont file for taxes because i have never been employed and i get listed as a dependant and that i have no income and he said that they had made a mistake and that i owe and so i said well if that was really true you would be contacting the person who was filing not me and that i was going to go to the police and he said i had no authority to do that then told me to *** *** *** and started yelling innapropriate things to me. Beware.

A computer recording left a message stating the IRS had a warrant for my arrest and that I needed to call the number back to avoid seizure of property.

I called the number and stated it seemed like a scam. The man who answered the number started cursing at me, “you think this is a [censored]ing scam!? We’re going to find your [censored]ing husband in the night.” I hung up after a few sentences.

It was really upsetting.

Received many calls from "Scam likely" number, robocall, stating that I have serious tax related allegations charged against me and local police will take me in if I don’t call into 6463553159 w/in 24 hours". English is very broken (i.e. use of English sentence is extremely fragmented and hard to make sense), hence raising a flag that this is an international scam. Note that I’ve received many calls from these folks, hence discrediting their authenticity.

Thank you.

Received voicemail at place of employment stating that there was a warrant out for my arrest for fraud to the IRS. Called the phone number back and spoke with a gentleman with a very heavy accent who stated his name was Mark Willies and gave a badge number indicating he was an officer for the IRS they gave an amount that I was "underpaying" the IRS from 2011-2016, but had to ask me what year I last filed taxes. I needed to tell them on a "recorded line" if I was intentionally being fraudulent in my tax returns or if it was a mistake, then I needed to speak with a supervisor of the IRS to settle outside of the courthouse, was transferred to a Robert Martin who then began asking personal questions and I stated that I felt this was a scam and he said that is your choice whatever you do decides your future.
