These people from the Humanitarian of the Federal Domestic Assistance Program is telling people that they have winnings of $80,000. They are asking a tax fee of $150 and a shipping fee of $750. I just want to know if this is legit or a scam. It sounds to good to be true to me. My friend said she received the $80,000. Which is hard to believe. If you pay the shipping fee of $750, you will receive your winnings within 24 hours. There’s no address, but the location is in Lagos, Nigeria
