My Story

Herb is an easy going, affectionate, and playful little boy who enjoys playing and napping in your lap. He loves to chase his siblings around and play with wand toys. Herb will meow and rub against you to demand pets and head scratches. Herb would do best adopted with a sibling or into a home with another playful, young cat or kitten.
Herb is a such a beautiful and sweet boy. Please come see Herb and the other cats that are available at the PetSmart store in The District Shopping Center in Tustin (2237 Park Avenue). Adoptions are by appointment and on Saturdays from 1-3pm.
You can get pre-approved for your adoption! Visit our website and submit your application online: http://www.oc-arc.com/adoptions/how-to-adopt/
When you choose to adopt one of OCARC’s animals, the adoption donation is $175. Each of our cats and kittens has been:
– Spayed or neutered
– Microchipped
– Tested for FeLV (Feline Leukemia)
– Tested for FIV (Feline Aids)
– De-flead (topical Revolution or Advantage)
– De-wormed (tape and round worms)
– Given their first FVRCP vaccination:
We keep all our kitties current on their FVRCP vaccines so depending on the age of the kitty when you adopt him or her and how long we’ve had the kitty, the vaccine series may be complete. If not, you as the adopter will be responsible for any further vaccinations in the series.
– Rabies Vaccination when age appropriate
These services would usually cost more than $500. Of course, an adoption donation of more than $175 is always welcome, since we often provide additional medical care such as x-rays, blood panels, treatment for ears, eyes, upper respiratory infections and viruses.
