Type of a scam Online Purchase

The company listed had a special for organic hair products running, and listed it to support black businesses. Of course I took the opportunity to buy from them but in 2 weeks I haven’t heard from them while money was instantly taken from my account. Their only means of communication is their Facebook, so I contacted them to explain. Within reason my products were supposed to come Friday sep.29.2017- I still have yet to see any products. While reading up on their business, I found a case similar to mine. The women had purchased from them and never recieved anything and also contacted them only to be told she was a liar and they don’t sell the products she purchased. Mainly because they change their products every week and stop production after it’s advertised.
