I placed an order for a Fisher Price Animal Jumperoo and paid using PayPal thinking this would be safe. My item never arrived even though the tracking number supplied to PayPal indicated that it had. However, the tracking information indicated 2 packages each weighing 41 pounds for a single item Amazon.com says has a shipping weight of 17.6 pounds! Upon calling UPS I was informed that the tracking number does not coincide with either my name or address. Five emails to the seller went unanswered and PayPal denied my claim because they had received "shipment tracking from the merchant confirming that the merchandise was delivered" even though they never confirmed with UPS. Filing an appeal with PayPal has thus far proven fruitless. In researching this company, Trustpilot.com has 63 reviews, 100% of them bad and many with a similar complaint of not receiving merchandise and the tracking information belonging to someone else’s package but supplied to PayPal under their purchase name.

Ordered a toy fire truck…….used PAYPAL…….received an email from PAYPAL with a UPS tracking number. I ran the tracking number thru UPS web site. It stated that the item was delivered the day before I received the email from PAYPAL. I contacted PAYPAL……….they advised the item was shipped to my town so i must have received. I contacted UPS….they sent me confirmation stating that the tracking number was assigned to a Bowling ball manufacturer in Michigan and the item they shipped was received by a Bowling Alley in my town. I contacted PAYPAL again………got the same stupid answer……..it was delivered to your town so you got it…………..

I found a board game i wanted for a cheap price on HABATIM.com. I ordered it. I received an email with the tracking number, etc. When the package didn’t arrive on time, I checked with fed ex and they said it had been delivered and signed for, but it was to a different address and signed by someone I didn’t know. I tried to contact customer support, but the email doesn’t exist. I then filed complaints with fed ex and paypal. They both denied my claims because there was a tracking number. I’m out $45 because of this.

Habatim is a SCAM!!! I purchased a Barbie dream camper through PayPal credit and they sent me an order number. Then I received a Tracking number from PayPal, three days later I received notice that my package arrived. I went home and nothing ( I reviewed my camera footage and no deliveries were made that day) so I contacted PayPal and they said to contact the seller so tried that and no response. I proceeded to file a claim through PayPal and they sided with the seller because they showed proof of delivery’ I contacted UPS and they verified that the package was never sent to my address and didn’t even weigh what it should have. (UPS won’t tell you the address it supposably delivered to) I have reached out to the seller three times and never received a response, I have even tried reopening my case through PayPal and that is virtually impossible!!

This web site is a SCAM!!! I guess this is a complaint of a scam and very bad service from PayPal

I fell for this scam when i was doing price comparison shopping online for a toy. I saw Habatim offered a great discount, half price of how much Target and amazon was selling it for. And i bought it and paid thru paypal. The seller emailed a UPS tracking no. 2 days after i purchased stating it was shipped. When i went to UPS to track my shipment, it showed it was already delivered to my address. But i never received anything. In fact, the seller just overnighted an envelope to another address in my city. But paypal sees this as legit because there was tracking provided by seller and that it was delivered to my city. The seller knows how to work the system between Paypal and UPS. And he is taking advantage of these loopholes so to speak to scam people out there looking for a great deal. There is no actual toy whatsoever. There are alot more victims out there thats been frauded by this seller by the same method, they take your money and ships an empty envelope to another address in the victims city. Read the link below and the seller’s alias Pham thanh Hoa is listed over and over again in the complaints and the same method they use to ship elsewhere for goods paid or not ship anything at all. They are also using the site name JerseyEasy to sell these products that dont exist with great discounts. If you look under the contact us page on Jerseyeasy, their address is bogus but the picture of their supposed business is identical to Habatim.

Scam Selling Website for Discount Products (similar to Amazon).

Website sells products at somewhat discounted prices, and promises secured checkout through PayPal. Confirmation email is sent, but then package is never delivered. Instead, the shipper sends a different package to a different address so that the shipment shows as being delivered. Meanwhile, the victim is left without their product and unable to get a refund. PayPal dispute/claim is difficult as the shipment shows delivered to your area, with a tracking number and date.

This website/seller also operates through iCheap.net.

They are a fraudulent website. I never received my item and the sent me a false shipping number, they are a scam. Tracking through UPS is being investigated. It was for an air bed.

I tried numerous times to contact through the website still to this day still no reply. The phone number on website is disconnected.

I never received a confirmation from the website for my purchase just through Paypal. I researched everything on this company which is showing that they are a fraudulent website.

I ordered a board game through iCheap and it directed me to Habatim which is a mirror of iCheap.net Customer service number and email on both sites are disconnected. They sent me a tracking number of a package being sent to my same city and state so I couldn’t contest with PayPal even though UPS verified over the phone that I am not the customer on that package as well as my street address is not on the package and the seller on the package is Black and Decker. PayPal isn’t willing to do anything because the tracking number shows delivered.

On October 24th I had purchase a Disney baby car seat and stroller traveling set from the merchant for $72.79. On October 27 PayPal emailed me with shipping details UPS tracking number. on October 29th contacted PayPal and filed a dispute because a tracking number was fake. On October 30th seller gave a new tracking number. On November 4th contacted PayPal because I again the tracking number that they gave was for an address nearby but it wasn’t for me. The merchant has been doing this not only to me but too many others.
