I placed an order and paid for it on the 24th of September 2020. I have been emailing the support department and the order hasn’t even been fulfilled. It is the 30th of November now and still no progress. The only thing they say is that they will raise the issue with the fulfillment team. I think Greek Glasses is a scam.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses from Greeks Glasses online. The package never arrived. I contacted the company and they sent me a tracking number from 17TRACK which shows the item was delivered on July 29th to my mail box. I live in a rural area. Nothing has ever been taken from my mailbox and only 7 other families live on my dead end road. The chances of it being taken are nearly non-existent. I’m reading online about scams that have occurred with both 17TRACK and GreeksGlasses and can only assume I too have been scammed. I paid $19.99 via credit card. I have checked with the post office and they have no recollection of the package. I would like my money back.
