Type of a scam Government Grant

Hello my name is yasmine Moton I live in Memphis Tennessee and I was just called by someone claiming to be from the grant department of the United States treasury. They claim I paid them money in which I did not and I wanted my money back because it did come from my account. Weeks before my phone was stolen and I’m sure the person who had it tried to receive the money they claimed I had been given from the treasury and took the funds out of my account. While I still don’t know who this individual is I do know that after I spoke with many people they still refused to send my money back with out me paying another fee. This makes me uncomfortable and very upset. I made a complaint to my bank I would also like for the company claiming to have my money on hold to give my money back. They were very unprofessional and also demanding I pay them more money just to get a refund. I just want what was taken from my account and I feel very helpless at the fact that my property was taken advantage of ,I would not want this to happen to anyone else.
