Type of a scam Government Grant

I was called by Government Grants telling me I was awarded a $2million grant plus a new Mercedes. All I had to do was get a moneygram in the amount of $900, call them back with the the moneygram # and I’ll then receive the $2million, PLUS the $900 will be refunded back to me. I did not follow through.
