Once to twice a month i keep getting a call from "Google" about my google listing. I have asked them 6-7 times to take me off there calling list that i do not need Google listing services. I have also pressed #2 key 5-6 times to be removed from the calling list and they still call. The last call i got i told them that i was going to report them to the ScamPulse.com if they did not remove me from the calling list, 3 weeks latter (Today 6/24/2020) i get a call again from them. This is for my business. Last year July-June 2019 they sent the company a bill for 700$ saying they provided assistance. They said they had a recording of me saying yes to there assistance and that they were going to send us to collections weeks after this supposed conversation. We rejected paying them and heard nothing else about it, no calls, or mail from a collection agency or google. At the time of the call i was not the owner of the company and had no right to agree to anything (I took over in September 2019). I remember the call, they asked me if the company’s address was "BLANK", i responded with a yes and then they looped my voice into a call that was made to my father a year before (2018) regarding the same thing about doing a listing for our company. My father was the owner during all of this. He rejected there services the year before (2018). This leads us to think that this is a scam. I just got another call while writing this message #307-207-1647 number unknown. Same call from "Google" about my listing but with a different number. If you get this call do not fall for it you can manage your own listing on google your self, you can add all your info, Business Hours, Pictures, location and much more. I maintain our listing personally.

They call and give very vague information, claiming to be from the "business listing department" and offer to get your business listed/verified on Google mybusiness. They verify all you info and then transfer you to their "supervisor" who then tells you it costs $250 a one time charge to have your business listed and verified by Google. They lead you to believe and allow you to believe they are from Google until you ask specifically what company they are with.

I am a portrait photographer serving Northern Colorado Springs, Colorado and decided one day I would create a Google business listing so my business could somewhat have better SEO. About 6 weeks ago google started calling claiming there was discrepancies in my listing. My listing is not published.
