On September 3rd, 2018. I purchased a curling iron from their website for $39.99. I was hoping to get it before I went to Europe to reduce the hair products that I needed to bring. I have yet to receive the curling iron from them. I tried contacting them via their email and their website, but have never received a response. When I try to track my order number, I was getting that my purchase was on the way and that it would be delivered no later than September 25th. Obviously, we are way past that. The site hardly functional as I write this email. I cannot track my package and I cannot contact them other than their submission form or via their email.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased a gold curler, curling iron on 9/2/2018. I received a text message alert stating they received my order and I would receive a text alert when my order shipped. I received a second text message alert on 9/4/2018, stating my package shipped. There was a tracking link. This link is invalid. I sent several emails to the company with no response along with sending a support ticket through their site. I can’t find a phone number to call. I haven’t received my package to date. I was able to see the tracking information when I pulled up the tracking information on their website and it states that it is on its way and will be delivered between 9/18-24. We are clearly past that date. I tried to call the number on the text message and it’s just a busy signal and then it disconnect you. They took the money out of my account on 9/4/18.
