Bought a Rottweiler Puppy online, paid half upfront $410, and was to pay the rest once the dog was delivered. In the duration of the transfer, I received an email regarding an invoice for travel insurance needed for $700 in order to continue with the transfer of the puppy. I then tried to call the website number which was a non working number, I researched the website which was a false website and I researched everywhere from the airline name to the pet carrier name and neither places were real.
