Type of a scam Online Purchase

When ordering off of website everything seems to be fine. Place your order they send you confirmation email. You wait for order 2 weeks go by I contact on website check status on my order they say because they are making it special order make take awhile . Month goes by still no product contact again no response off website I sent email to the women who sells it by getting info off of Facebook no response and then she send me email after few weeks. Total time without product about two months. She states she has had a medical issue. Can’t refund money but will send out urgently. Still no product . So in other words can’t have money back and there not going to send you anything.
