Inquired to this posting on Craigslist: “Wellcraft 330 coastal”. Her story was “Thanks for the reply. So our current situation is that my daughter and I decided to go for a fresh start, so we sold the house and moved to my parents in Wichita Kansas. We are trying to start a new life. The boat is here in Wichita Kansas , stored with all the paperwork at the shipping company (Green Shippers) and ready to be delivered to its new owner. I want to use their escrow and transport services as they offer 100% protection and insurance to both buyers and sellers. The best part about this is that you have five days to try it out before making any purchase and if by any reason you find something you don’t like about it, you can send it back at my expense. If you are interested in knowing more info about how it works, you can reply with your whole name, address and phone # so I can notify Green Shippers that you are my selected buyer, and they will contact you right away with all the details, with no obligation to buy it.” I was unable to find the business “Green Shippers” and she would not share the company information to inquire personally. I found the scam “Omaha Shippers” very familiar to my situation.

I saw a boat that was too good to be true. Contacted the person, they have only handled via email. They were asking $5500 for a boat that was worth twice that. She played victim on her emails, and just wanted this gone. She wanted to use missouri transporters to handle the sale. Glad I looked into BBB to find out about this scam. I have more pictures of the post, the website, and boat.
