Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased an order through Glasses123 on November 19th, 2017. I received an email the following day saying my order has been processed, and will be delivered "right away". A month has passed, and I have not received a tracking number, nor have I received any order update.

I emailed the company support address twice and received no response. I then followed up and spoke with their online chat service on two occasions, and they said my order would be ticketed by their support team and that I would receive a response "soon". Why does the online chat staff not have the ability to actually help/provide support on your order…I do not know. (they said they have limited access to that) Additionally, they could not provide me with any documentation that I would receive my order, nor could they give me a deadline on when I would receive a response from their support team.

Upon further digging, this company has done this to numerous individuals and this company needs to be put out of business. (many of the customers never received their product that they purchased)

(to BBB): I know this may be a difficult case as this is an international company, however, I am more than willing to send over any additional documentation that can assist in putting this company out of business.
