I ordered two pairs of GlassBox wireless earbuds, and a waterproof soft case on April 18, 2020. I received the case months later in July, however I still have not received the earbuds. I lost 44.98 USD. I have emailed them twice with no response. The website attached to the order confirmation email is “currently unavailable”.

I will also be emailing Instagram, as I learned about GlassBox earbuds through their advertising.

I ordered two sers of “airpods” and waterproof case April 21, 2020, and still have not received the items. The money was taken immediately from my account; I have an email with a tracking number and the items stopped May 23, 2020 in “delivery country destination.” Unable to contact the company at all for a refund or to see where my items are!

I purchased ear pods on April 23,2020 from GlassBox Pods and paid them $26,99. They sent me an order confirmation number in email and said that I will be notified when my order is shipped. It’s June 15,2020 and I didn’t get any information about my order,although I tried to contact them. I don’t know how to get my money back because I don’t have much experience with online ordering,so if anyone knows how can I get my money back please advise me.

This “company” is a scam. They were previously called PodsByGrey but changed their name. I ordered in January 2020 – my credit card was charged. It stated about 2-3 weeks shipping so when it had been a month with no product I emailed and messaged several times, on the shop/arrive tracking app they changed the status of my order to confirmed but I never actually received any reply/communication back from them. On my credit card statement under transaction details there was a 647 number attached to the company which was an iPhone as iMessage popped up, I sent a message and no one replied to that either. I’m sure it’s some kid that set up one of those e-commerce businesses/shops and just isn’t sending product out. Do not spend money with this company. Also, it looks like people caught on and I noticed today in the app they changed their name back to PodsByGrey LOL. What a joke.

I purchased ear pods on April 18, 2020 from GlassBox Pods. I emailed them on April 22, 2020 regarding my order because I didn’t receive a confirmation. received an email from "Michelle" sating that my order is in progress. I tried emailing a couple times after that but no response. I also called Singapore Post regarding my order and they stated that they have a slip for my package but no package was received for it.

I ordered glass ox ear pods for 29.99 and an extra case for $10 on April 15, 2020. The extra case finally arrived on June 10 but no ear pods. The case was a piece of crap. It wouldn’t hold anything. The website is gone and no one will answer my emails. I also have a friend who ordered 2 pairs in the end of April and has never heard from them again. What a rip off. I can’t add a photo because I never received the pods😡

Ordered these back in April but haven’t received the product. Scammed me out of my $30 I paid. Received an email saying that they will be providing shipping updates but it is June and I haven’t heard/seen anything. Will be dealing with my bank on this.

I purchased two sets of wireless earbuds from Glassbox Pods and they never arrived. I went to their Facebook page where I found multiple comments stating that this business is a scam, and no one has received their products. I paid 29.99 USD each for two pairs, totalling $65 CAD. My credit card was charged within a few days and a tracking number was sent. The tracking number doesn’t appear to exist in Singapore Post. I contacted Glassbox Pods via their contact address and I contacted Singapore Post and neither have responded to my emails. My next step will be to dispute the charge with my bank.

I ordered some ear pods on 22 April 2020. Never received an email with tracking so I followed up with the email provided above and I haven’t heard anything at all since.

I did purchase the Greypods cost 29Usd -43SGD on the 7/4/2020 I did not know it’s a scam as the page directed to Their Instagram’s page called GlassBox and i did email them 3 times to check my order and enquirer on arrival they did reply me it will take 2-3weeks but it has been more than a month it’s true that it’s just a scam! Please don’t trust this page and they keep changing the company name.Please mark it as scam!

I purchased a pair on 22 April I followed up on the email provided on the confirmation email and nothing – $50 AUD down the toilet and it was meant to be a present. I’ll be reporting them as a scam wherever I see the advert

I ordered from this brand over a month ago. They took my money immediately and they still haven’t posted my pods. I emailed three times and requested a refund: they still haven’t responded and the only email I got from them was highly unprofessional.

Yes I am also a victim of the scam! I ordered exactly a month ago from today and still nothing… the emails I’ve been sending? Yupp NO response whatsoever.. very disappointed 🙁

I ordered April 19th, I emailed them when it was 3 weeks and I wasn’t getting shipping details. Got a notification ONCE! Now I can’t find any info of them AT ALL! Big time scammers smh robbed me out of 104.95

I suspected them the moment I got an automated email with no proper reply—and then a onetime out of the blue response which was highly unprofessional and there were no contact details or name attributed to the email whatsoever. Massive scam.

Ordered April and never received and can’t find any tracking. I paid $30. No one responds to any emails.

I ordered the glassbox pods at the end of March and it’s the end of May. No one is answering my emails when I ask about the estimated arrival. They are a scam and every time I see them on instagram from now on, I am going to write in the comments that they are a scam.

Purchased in February and never received! Like everyone else is saying – they do not respond to emails. It’s a scam!

They don’t reply to emails, they took the money and close the shop. Does anybody know how I can make a lawsuit to them? I’m from Greece.

I bought what I thought were some earphones but I realized I never got any tracking or other information for them, when I went to look up my order their page was gone and it had a whole different name. They took the money out of my account and that was it.

Paid $30 for wireless earbuds. They sent me an order confirmation number in email and then never sent my product. I went on the site to check the status of my order and contact customer service and the site no longer exists. Found a Facebook page for them and multiple people have been conned – spent money on a product they never received and no response back to emails. I want my money back and I want them to pay damages.
