Type of a scam Scholarship

I was recently looking through the list of scholarships from scholarships.com and I received emails from Givenus that I never subscribed or even visited before. They were offering money that’s too good to be true and as soon as I pressed the link, I received more emails from Givenus and became more suspicious. The address they give is just a random house or random building…nothing official about it.
