I purchased AMAZON GIFTCARD(2000$) from one private seller at the second-hand product dealing website(http://cafe.naver.com/joonggonara/).

By the way, necessary information was covered with a mark then the mark had to be removed for its use by scratching. The seller recorded a memo of ‘Return won’t be acceptable if the mark is removed’.

Problem is that the product didn’t work when I tried after removing the mark for its test which was innevitable.

So, I had left an inquiry to the product manufacturer(www.amazon.com) then I answered few days later.

They replied I should solve the problem with a seller.

So, I did but the seller refused a return since I removed the mark.

But, I couldn’t know its performance without removing the mark.

Whose falut is it?
