I purchased a dog from them 700 and they have stole my money they haven’t gave any refund back and then they blackmailed me and told me they would not be giving me any money back in the fight it in court they laughed at me they kept saying they were refund me and never did they stop answering my phone call bad business people they are scammers scam scam don’t trust the shipping company either there scammers scam

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I was trying to purchase a puppy for my daughter Birthday. It seemed real as I got a contract. The pup was to be 500.00 and 150.00 for shipping. Once all was set I was then contacted by the shipper claiming that i had to pay 920.00 for insurance on the pup shipment from this email [email protected] I advised I was not informed of additional fees and advised the shipper to return the pup as I was withdrawing from my contract. I have messaged both the seller and the shipper about removing my name from the shipping site to no avail. I did fight and persisted on getting my money back by advising that I will get the authorities involved that is the only reason I got my money back. I believe both the seller and the shipper are the same person. the seller tthreatened me that if I don’t get the pup from the shipping company I would be fined by the usda and be charged with animal cruelty. I asked him to provide the address so that I could send the authorities to pick up the pup but was never provided with that information.

www.generoushavanesepupshome.com has never been a scam. The management did made sure you had your money refunded as it has always been their policy. Those who got their puppy delivered to their home address are testifying.
