Type of a scam Online Purchase
Ordered 2 comforters from this company on Dec 2 2018 for myself and my son for Christmas. On that same date my PayPal was deducted $54.90 and $64.90 USD by Co Co Company – which I believe is this website. I also recieved 2 emails on Dec 2nd 2018 that showed 2 order summaries and 2 order numbers.
On February 5th, 2019 I went to the website and used the "tracking order" system button – put in the information that was on the emails and both orders came back with the same message "ORDER NOT FOUND". After that I emailed them and attached copies of the emails that were sent to me and a snip of my PayPal account; still haven’t heard from them.
February 7th, 2019 I emailed PayPal to start a dispute/claim with them for this company. I also emailed [email protected] and informed them that I have started a complaint with PayPal over them AND reporting them to the BBB.
