Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

I was called about a loan and the company told me I was approved for a loan up to 8,000 but needed to send 575.00 for the 1st three months installments. I sent the money once I sent it and the company receive it they called back and told me they could not approve me because I was a high risk and wanted me to take out some insurance for 1,400 to get insured so that I could get the loan. I told them that I had no more money to send and that I wanted my money to be refunded to me as of this day I have not received my money. I sent the Money on June 11, I was told that they would be refunded within a week and I have not saw any money or check come to me. I reported this company to the police department in my area and a complaint has been filed. As of today this company still has not contacted me about any money to be refunded. I knew this was a scam I felt it in my heart. Please do not send this company any money they are not legitimate.
