Type of a scam Online Purchase

Ordered some products after hearing about them through instagram. I received a confirmation that they recieved my order but no notification about shipping. I emailed them, and contacted them on Instagram but they did not get back to me. Upon reading instagram comments, they have been deleting them but there are still many upset people who have commented about not knowing where their order is. It’s a scam, they are taking our money without delivering goods.
