Type of a scam Online Purchase

An ad on Facebook from Revived Youth claimed they were a Shark Tank skincare product. They were offering a "free product trial" of Renewal Cream – just pay shipping & handling $1.99. I placed my order online by adding the product to a cart, and afterwards many other products popped up asking me to add them to the cart. I thought I had declined them all but after I submitted my card, it said I had also purchased eye serum. There was no way to cancel the order. I tried calling customer service but they were closed on New Year’s Day. I called my bank immediately but the transaction hadn’t posted. Turns out not only was I charged for the "free product" and the Eye Serum that I didn’t want, it is also a subscription scam. I called Revived Youth customer service again and was connected to an overseas call center. The customer service rep hung up on me after I explained why I was calling. I was sent a small size Renewal Cream and Eye Serum, neither said where on the product was manufactured and there was no mailing address. One product listed ingredients, the other did not. I was charged $4.99 for each of the products plus $1.99 but there were no prices on the packing slip, as well as no company name and address. I called my bank again when I saw the charges on my bank account and the charges listed a different company name and three different products for each of the 3 charges. I was connected to the fraud division of my bank who called RY customer service with me on the line. I gave the CS rep my info, explained why I was calling, and the call was dropped (again). My bank refunded the money for the two products. I did receive "cancellation confirmation" emails from Revived Youth after the call to customer service. Yesterday, I received a voicemail from someone from Revived Youth. I called back and was told a supervisor tried to call me back. I told them I wanted to be sure that the subscription was cancelled and that I wouldn’t be charged by them again and they agreed. Since this happened to me, I have been contacted by a number of other women who fell for the same scam, but unfortunately, they were charged more than I was.
