if you bought technical support for your computer in 2013 and they now want to give you your money back saying the company in no longer in business. The only way they can give it back to you is by getting back on your computer and putting it in your bank account. do not let them on to your computer. They are from India and the Philippians. they add a zero to the amount you bought the product then want you to go get the difference with gift card from Walmart while they clean out your bank account.
