I purchased an antenna from this company that does not work. I tried contacting them. They have three different addresses: it was mailed from Singapore; to mail it back was to the Netherlands, but the company’s website says they are headquartered in London, England. When I heard back from them via email about returning the purchase, no mailing label was provided. In order to return it, I had to pay $42.00 postage to return it to the Netherlands.

I had ordered a TV Antenna From TV Fox Antenna on face book and it took 4 weeks to receive it because it came from China. When I received I hooked it up and had no signal. It said to wait 12 hours so I had to go away for a week and when I came back I still had no signal. The we were getting a hurricane and a friend was staying with and loved the idea of not paying for cable. I told him that it doesn’t work but insisted that I order him one. So I did. It took 4 weeks to get and when we got the cable or wire was broken. So I called the 716 330 1335 number and got an answering machine. I left my name and phone number but no one returned my call. I called 4 time and I even e mailed them and no response. Then I did some research and found a lot of compaints about this company. It turns out that they are scamming everyone and they need to be stopped and have everyines money returned to them and that they should be put in jail.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased a $29.99 amplifier for tv signal strength. I now have two unauthorized debits from my account. I have sent three emails with demands of immediate refund for the initial $29.99. I have received no response of any kind.

The mysterious debits on my account have no information on whom required the money or what the debits were for.

This is a definite scam to get into your account. I now have to close a 4 year old in good standing account.

I have a really good bank( and no the bank account was not directly used) and they are working with me to try and recover my money.
