Type of a scam Online Purchase

I made a purchase from the forzey.com on March 24. The promised time of delivery was 10 to 25 days. A day before last day of promised shipping time I contacted seller through the e-mail from their website with request to clarify what’s going on with my purchase (the tracking information didn’t work). The seller Hujat Farzan replied that the order is on its way and has to be delivered soon. 11 days later after no goods were received I requested seller to take care of this case and got no response. So, no goods and no money return.
