LOST $300. They make you pay for a "free" trial and then they charge you a bunch for a product that doesn’t even come. Then they claim no refunds allowed.

This company will claim to give you a free trial product with a 100% satisfaction garrentee. After giving them my credit card info in order to pay for shipping and handeling they then charge you an additional $80-90 for the full price of the product if you don’t call to cancel your subscription within 14days. Apparently when you pay for the shipping and handling you are also signing up for a subscription even thought it does not clearly say that on the website. Then when I called to dispute the charge they tell me the they cannot give me a full refund if the product has been opened even though the web site says there is a 100% satisfaction garrentee. That is faulse advertising. And flat out lying.
